I have been teaching and practicing Pilates for over 20 years, am a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher and a Polestar Pilates Graduate.  I am also a Licensed Provider of the Fletcher Towelwork®, Floorwork® and Barrework®.  It was while working as a dancer and choreographer in New York City that I discovered Pilates.  Through the years I have had the privilege of working with a diverse array of talented and inspiring teachers.  It is from this experience, as well as from my students, that I have learned, and continue to learn, the transformative power and beauty of this unique movement form.
